Navigating grief and reconnecting with flow when life feels stuck
I offer compassionate, body-based support for those navigating loss, death, and life’s most chaotic transitions—blending somatic therapy, Ayurveda, and earth-honoring practices.
When grief hits, or we find ourselves feeling stuck, It can feel overwhelming to find the next steps.
Our ability to logically plan is often unavailable- I help you explore and honor the patterns to find new ways of being.
How I Support You
My work is rooted in presence, deep listening, and respect for your unique process.
Together, we create space for what is here—at your pace.
🌿 Somatic support – helping you reconnect with your body and process emotions safely
🌿 Grief and death work – holding space for loss, dying, and transitions
🌿 Ayurvedic wisdom – grounding practices to support your nervous system and balance
🌿 Earth-based practices – reconnecting with cycles, nature, and meaning
This space may be for you if you are:
Grieving a death, relationship, or identity
Supporting someone who is dying
Moving through a major life transition
Feeling overwhelmed, numb, or disconnected
Longing for a more grounded, embodied way to process
My Approach
I believe grief is not something to fix or rush.
It is something to be witnessed, honored, and integrated over time.
My approach is gentle, trauma-aware, and rooted in the wisdom of the body and the natural world.
We move slowly. We listen deeply. We allow the flesh to speak.
I believe there is more to life than just healing.
And I also believe that the moments that bring us to our knees ask for deep witnessing and presence.
When we tend to our healing, something else begins to open—our creativity, our aliveness, our capacity to be with life as it is.
In a world full of experts and endless options, we can begin to lose our ability to truly listen.
This work is, in part, a return to that listening.
